Learned advocate appearing on behalf of Defendant Nos.4 and 5 has fairly brought to my notice the ad-interim order passed in this Motion dated 4th October, 2013, in which a statement was made on behalf of Defendant Nos.4 and 5 that they would not create any third party rights in respect of the suit property. That statement was accepted.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of Defendant Nos.4 and 5 has today, on instructions, stated that the aforesaid statement can be continued till disposal of the suit.
