By this Motion, petitioner has prayed for recalling the order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.1263 of 2015 after condoning the delay of 123 days in filing the Motion. By that order, Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Motion, Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Order dated 09.01.2017 is recalled and Petition No.1263 of 2015 is restored to its original position. Petitioner shall remove office objections within 8 weeks from today. Order accordingly.
