The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Hina Bhalchandrabhai Kachchhi alias Hina Bhalchandra Kachchhi, who is said to have died intestate in Bhavnagar on 5th January 2015. During her lifetime, she was ordinarily resident at A-19, Hamsab Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Shankar Lane, Paramanand Das Mehta Marg, Kandivali (West), Mumbai 400 067. A copy of her death certificate is annexed. The deceased was survived by the 14th September 2016

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for being produced before various Authorities, including the Cooperative Society in Mumbai where the deceased permanently resided. 4.
No other Petition for a Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate, Probate or Letters of Administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the Petitioner.
