The Plaintiff has sought leave to withdraw the Interim Application No.1903 of 2021 in accordance with Consent Terms. Interim Application No.1903 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn. Leave is also sought by the Plaintiff to withdraw Interim Application No.26949 of 2021 filed in Commercial Suit No.1346 of 2018. Interim Application No.1903 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter.

The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 6.
