Paragraph-1 of the order dated 8th April 2015 reads thus: "

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner- Society states that the Petition was filed by the Secretary of the Society on behalf of the Petitioner- Society. He states that pending the Petition, an Administrator has been appointed." Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a new managing committee has been appointed which has not given instructions to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Perhaps with the passage of time, this petition may not survive and, therefore, we dispose of the same. If the grievance made in the petition still survives, it will be open for the petitioner to apply for revival of the petition.
