Heard. The Notice of Motion is for restoration of the suit which was dismissed by an order dated 13th June 2017. There is a delay of 360 days according to the Plaintiffs, and 370 days according to the Defendant who most strenuously oppose the restoration of the suit.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.
