Shri Aithe submits that since the Commercial Admiralty Suit No.12 of 2011 is also in this Court and the official liquidator has already been added as party defendant to the suit. Shri Aithe states that the official liquidator has no objection.

Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and accordingly disposed.
