Learned counsel appearing for the Ex-Directors states that his client would co-operate with the Official Liquidator and would provide all the details as may be called for by the Official Liquidator and if necessary, will attend the office of the Official Liquidator on 26th April 2017 at 11.00 a.m. He assured that if the Official Liquidator calls upon the Ex-Directors to file revised statement of affairs or to hand over any records that would be made available to the Official Liquidator and shall co-operate with the Official Liquidator.
