"(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to recall the order dated 12-06-2014 at Exh. 2 dismissing the Petition for want of prosecution, the Petition be restored to file and time be granted to the Petitioner to comply with the office objection and proceed the Petition on merits";
