In view of the no objection of the respondent if the court receiver is discharged, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer (a) on the condition that the petitioner will pay all the charges, expenses and fees of the court receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of the statement of account from the office of the court receiver to the learned advocate of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that such charges, expenses and fees of the court receiver will be paid within two weeks from the date of communication of the statement of account. Statement is accepted. 2.

Notice of Motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer (a). No order as to costs.
