The learned counsel for the parties have placed before us the consent terms dated 16 March 2015 signed by Mr. P.P. Karle, Director of the appellant-company and Mr. Vinod Mahendra, Director of the respondent-company and also by the learned advocates for both the parties. The learned counsel prayed that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Appeal No.510 of 2014 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court shall permit the respondents to withdraw the SRK

app-510-14.sxw amount of Rs. 13,80,859/- deposited by the appellant in compliance with the order dated 8 December 2014. 3.

The undertaking being given by the appellant to pay the balance amount of Rs. 7 lacs in seven equal monthly instalments commencing from 12 April 2015 is accepted. 4.

The appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
