This chamber summons is for leave to amend the plaint to introduce subsequent developments. This is a pre-trial amendment application to introduce certain facts that happened after filing of the suit. Mr. Chetiwal for defendant no.1 states he has no instructions. Mr.Majumdar for defendant nos.3 and 4 states that he has no objection.
