2/2 41.OLR161.19.doc Company Pvt. Ltd. (IARC) has successfully sold movable and immovable assets and remitted the sale proceeds with the Official Liquidator and therefore, Liquidator is seeking leave to hand over the possession either to IARC or successful bidder Mr.Nandlal Agarwal. 3.

Mr.Madon, senior Advocate for applicants states possession to be handed over to Mr.Nandlal Agarwal in the presence of IARC. 4.

In the circumstances, Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). Liquidator to hand over possession to Mr.Nandlal Agarwal in the presence of IARC.
