CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
19th December 2016 PC:- 1.
This Chamber Summons filed by Defendants Nos. 11, 12 and 14 is for leave to file an Additional Written Statement. The reason given is that these Defendants inadvertently omitted mention of certain crucial facts in the Written Statement that they have already filed. These facts include mention of Consent Terms taken on 19th March 2003 in a Company Application and a reference to certain Land Revenue Records.
2.
The Additional Written Statement is in fact ready. It has been affirmed. It is shown to me. I will the allow Additional Written 19th December 2016
975-CHS-1350-2016.DOC Statement. Not to do so would, in my view, prejudice these Defendants and possibly the trial of the Suit. 3.
The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
4.
The Additional Written Statement is to be filed in the Registry.
