Perused the report. In spite of issuing two public advertisements for sale of the Marine's Compass (4 Nos.), no offer has been received till date. The Official Liquidator is, accordingly, permitted to sell the Compass referred to in prayer clause (a) by way of Private Treaty in terms of prayer clause (a) of the report. The Liquidator is also permitted to address a letter to Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust, in terms of prayer clause (b) of the report. The Report is disposed of accordingly. (S. C. GUPTE, J.)
