Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has invited our attention to the Application of the Petitioner dated 21st November, 2019 (Exh. G, Page 54 of the Petition). Pursuant to the said Application, the Respondent-Corporation by letter dated 12th December, 2019 (Exh. H, Page 56 of the Petition) has called upon the Petitioner to submit certain documents. The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite the submission of the documents by the Petitioner, the Application of the Petitioner dated 21st November, 2019 has not been decided. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

We allow the Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:- "a. That a writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction be issued calling for records and after examining the legality and proprieties of application, be ordered and directed respondent no.1 to decide petitioner's application dated 21st November, 2019 in time bound schedule".

The Application of the Petitioner dated 21st November, 2019 to be decided expeditiously and in any event within six weeks from today.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
