Admittedly, the petitioner was blacklisted under the impugned order without following principles of natural justice. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for respondent having taken instructions from his client submits that the impugned order blacklisting the petitioner would be revoked and the appropriate order would be passed after giving notice to the petitioners and following principles of natural justice.
In the above said circumstances, the impugned order stands revoked. The respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioners after following principles of natural justice. Accordingly, Talwalkar
