Having regard to the nature of the amendments that the Petitioner seeks to carry out in the above Petition one of which is transposing the Respondents as the Petitioners to the above Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition on the same cause of action. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
