By this interim application, the applicant seeks extension of time to execute the Deed of Assignment and seeks direction against the Official Liquidator to execute the Deed of Assignment in respect of the property described in prayer clause (b) of the company application. Mr.Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant placed reliance on the order dated 4th May, 2016 passed by Shri S.C.Gupte, J. in OLR NO.116 of 2016 allowing the said report in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (e) save and except the bracketed portion.

On perusal of the averments made in the civil application, after hearing of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Deputy Official Liquidator, in my view case is made out for grant of relief as prayed.

Official Liquidator is directed to execute the Deed of Assignment in respect of the property described in prayer clause (b) within eight weeks from today. The applicant to execute the Deed of Assignment within eight weeks from today. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
