The Petitioner seeks permission to sell the immovable property described in the Judge's Order. The Petitioner was nephew of the Mr.Tukaram Dhaku Rane. By an order passed by this Court, the Petitioner has been granted Letters of Administration on 09.08.2016. There are no other legal heirs of the deceased.

I have heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the averments made in the affidavit in support and also the annexures in the affidavit in support. The Petitioner has made out the case for granting permission as prayed. I have accordingly signed the Judge's Order.
