Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)Petitioner Company may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.21,647/- towards costs, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per final statement of accounts within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court along with interest at the rate as may be determined by the Hon'ble Court from the date of final statement of accounts; (b)Cost of this Report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and incidental expenses; 2.

The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff undertakes to pay the amounts set out in prayer clauses (a) and (b) above to the Court Receiver within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
