They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Suit be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Partner of the Plaintiff and by Defendant No.2. Defendant Nos.1, 3 and 4 shall attend the Court on 3 rd August, 2018 at 11.00 a.m., and sign the Consent Terms in Court. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocate for the Plaintiff. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'

. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Notice of Motion (L) No.1404 of 2018 also stands disposed of. The Court Receiver ssp 1/2

The impugned goods shall be destroyed in the presence of the representative/s of the Plaintiff. The Defendants shall pay an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs on or before 10th August, 2018 agreed to be paid to the Plaintiff towards costs.
