After this Chamber Summons was argued for some time, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant / plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw this Chamber Summons with a liberty to take out fresh Chamber Summons after joining the appropriate parties as the respondents to the Chamber Summons.

In these circumstances, the Chamber Summons is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
