911-SL677-16.DOC ATUL
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
ORDINARY ORIGINAL CIVIL JURISDICTION SUIT (L) NO. 677 OF 2016 WITH NOTICE OF MOTION (L) NO. 1888 OF 2016 Exxon Mobil Corporation ...Plaintiff
Versus
Exxon Exports & 3 others ...Defendants Ms. Anuradha S., i/b M/s. Desai & Diwanji, for the Plaintiff. Ms. Suvarna Joshi, for the Defendants.
CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
28th June 2016 PC:- 1.
Ms. Salhotra, in fairness, agrees that the Plaint is altogether too prolix and has far too many annexures. It runs into five volumes. I agree that the Plaint itself need not be quite this corpulent or portentous. Ms. Salhotra seeks leave to withdraw the Suit, with liberty to file a fresh Suit on the same cause of action, with only those documents that are absolutely necessary. It is never necessary to put in all the evidence at the time of filing of the Suit. 2.
Leave granted with liberty as prayed. The Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the Suit, nothing further survives in the Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 28th June 2016
