The applicant is claiming to be a member of the first respondent undertaking being a member of the Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport Undertaking. If he has any grievance about functioning of the first respondent, he has to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. He is neither a necessary nor a proper party to the present petition.

Hence, Chamber Summons is dismissed. However, if the applicant has any grievance about the functioning of the first respondent or its Manager, the applicant can always file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
