The application is disposed as withdrawn. The Official Liquidator also stand discharged.

The Assistant Official Liquidator states that the cost of the Official Liquidator has not been paid and it has to be paid by the company.

The counsel for the respondent company states that the amount will be paid within one week from today. Gauri Gaekwad

26.CA-332-2014 The company to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cost to the Official Liquidator by way of pay order/demand draft drawn in favour of the Official Liquidator.

The counsel for the respondent company states that there is one more company application bearing no.227 of 2015 which is not listed today. The counsel requests that in view of the order passed above, this application be also treated as disposed. The counsel for the original petitioner has no objection.

In the circumstances, the company application no.227 of 2015 also stands disposed.
