DATE : 20 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- On 9 December 2022, the following order was passed : " None for the Petitioners.

2. The Petitioner has challenged Circular Nos.26T of 2009. 34T of 2009 and 19T of 2010. In the prayer clauses, it is stated that these circulars are illegal, unconstitutional and unauthorized. They are also challenged on the ground that circulars which lay down a procedure have created difficulties.

3. In this petition, which was filed in the year 2010, interim relief was refused and it was stated that as long as the petition is pending the Petitioners will comply with the impugned circulars.

4. The learned AGP states that the circulars have neither been stayed in this petition nor in any other petition and the procedure indicated in the circulars is being followed for more than a decade and has become as become an acceptable practice and, if the circulars are set aside now, it will create more difficulties.

5. Since the Petitioners are not present, the petition to be listed in the week commencing from 9 January 2013 under the caption "For Dismissal".
