Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of Petitioner-Association, namely, the Executive Aircraft Maintenance Engineers' Association, prayed for withdrawal of petition. It is submitted that grievance was raised in the petition on the backdrop of circular dated 13th July 2021, and during the pendency of petition, the said circular is withdrawn in term of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Respondent No.1.
