This is an application for amendment in the cause title of the Petition and necessary consequential amendments in the body of the Petition. The name of the Petitioner, namely, 'M/s. Crompton Greaves Limited' has been changed to "M/s. CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited". The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 27th February 2017. CAL-297-17.doc

In view of the facts mentioned in the affidavit-in-support of the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition to be served upon the Respondent within the stipulated period.
