ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking directions against the Plaintiff for providing inspection of the documents mentioned in Paragraph 9(i) of the Interim Application. 2.

The Applicant has stated that though Writ of Summons was issued on 14th December, 2021 and received by the Applicant/Defendant on 23rd December, 2021, inspection of various 1/2

26-IA 2549.2022 in S.265.2021.doc documents have been sought which have mentioned in Paragraph 4 of the Interim Application. There have been several correspondence addressed by the Applicant to the Plaintiff. However, the Plaintiff has failed to respond. This has resulted in difficulty for the Applicant to file the Written Statement.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that inspection was granted to the Applicant/Defendant on 13th June, 2022, but the Applicant failed to take inspection. 4.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the inspection was being granted piecemeal without providing the details of the documents in respect of which inspection was being granted. 5.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff is directed to provide the inspection of the documents which they have relied upon in the Plaint and mentioned in Paragraph 4 of the Interim Application. 6.

The Plaintiff shall provide inspection within a period of three weeks from the date of this order.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer Clause 9(i) of the Interim Application. [R.I. CHAGLA J.] 2/2
