908-NMW-254-19.doc (a) Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both sides, particularly, in relation to the action of blacklisting, purely, to enable the petitioner to apply for other contracts and also not to hamper or obstruct the business activities, we direct the respondents to unlock Vendor Code No.3990.

(b) Presently, we do not say anything about the payments on the existing on-going contracts.

We place the writ petition "for Admission/hearing" on 5th August, 2019.
