1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered drat of the Judge's order along with affidavit of petitioner and consent affidavits of legal heirs of the deceased, copy of the grant issued on 12.02.2018, copy of the share certificate, draft of the agreement for the sale.

2. There are corrections in a draft which are suggested at relevant places including name of the petitioner, averment regarding the consent affidavits of the legal heirs, regarding the property standing in the name of the petitioner by virtue of Letters of Administration issued on 12.02.2018. Petitioner to submit correct draft of the Judge's order as suggested. Hence, adjourned.
