It is stated by the learned advocate appearing for M/s.Adani Electricity Limited that compliance has been made by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) with its statements made to this court and recorded in the prior order of 13th November, 2019. The site has been handed over to M/s.Adani Electricity Limited for construction of a sub-station. It is stated that for that purpose, time of nine months has been granted. The company says that it will adhere to this time schedule and not seek any extension. The statement is accepted. 2.

In the light of the above, the public interest litigations are disposed of. In the light of the disposal of the public interest litigations, the notice of motion, the chamber summons and the contempt petition do not survive and stand disposed of as such. (R.I.CHAGLA, J.)
