The orders dated 28-10-2013 and 06-03-2014 were impugned by the Respondents before the Appellate Court. The Appeal is dismissed by the Appellate Court on 20-04-2016. In view thereof, the Respondents shall forthwith surrender the Vehicle being L and T Komatsu PC 200-6 Hyadraulic Excavator having Engine No.20285099V and Chassis No.20285299V to the Court Receiver on 25-04-2016 at 11.00 a.m. The Court Receiver shall make a Report after accepting the surrender of the Vehicle.
