The Defendants filed an Evidence Affidavit on 31st August 2017. Some documents were marked. Others were marked for identification only. By this Motion, the Defendants seek leave to take on record a further Evidence Affidavit. It is clarified by the learned counsel that this Affidavit seeks to prove not the documents marked for identification "X6" to X11" but the contents of those documents by way of this Affidavit.
