Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that the arbitration petition in which the present petition is taken out was filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. An order was passed in the petition appointing a Court Receiver of vehicles hypothecated by the Respondents-Contemnors to the Petitioner-lender. By a separate order, the Respondents were also directed to furnish bank guarantee for the sum to be secured. The Respondents were also directed to disclose the locations of their vehicles, since the Court Receiver could not take possession of the vehicles for want of the knowledge of their whereabouts. Learned Counsel submits that after the filing of the present contempt petition on account of breach of these orders by the Respondents-Contemnors, some time in November 2017, the disputes between the parties have been settled and a payment schedule has been drawn up for discharge of the liability by the Pg 1 of 2

sg conp62-14.doc Respondents. Learned Counsel, in the premises, does not press his petition. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly as not pressed. No order as to costs.
