This Petition can be conveniently disposed of by accepting the statement made, on instructions, by the learned advocate appearing for Respondent No.1-Corporation Bank that Respondent No.1-Bank will not dispossess the Petitioners-Original Appellants from the immovable property, pursuant to the order of the District Magistrate, Pune, till the Restoration Application in Securitization Application is decided by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune. It is stated that the Securitization Application was dismissed in default and an application seeking its restoration is 1/2 WPL-1734-16.doc

pending. That is placed on 8th July 2016. Therefore, Respondent No.1Bank will not take any steps till this restoration application is decided. We accept this statement as undertaking to this Court. In the light thereof, no ad-interim or interim orders are necessary.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
