The report is in respect of sale of movable assets of the company in liquidation. In pursuance of prayer clause (a) of the Report, the reserve prices of the assets are fixed as follows;

Sr.No. Description of Asset Reserve Price Movable assets lying at Godown Rs.2,00,000/- Corolla Car Rs.6,75,000/- Movable Assets lying at registered office premises Rs.2,00,000/- The terms and conditions of sale and sale notice referred to in Exh "A" and "B" are approved. Prayer clause (b) is allowed. The report is disposed of accordingly.
