Learned Counsel for the Defendants has no objection to the suit being restored provided his clients are given liberty to file written statement. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has no objection. Accordingly, the notice of motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The suit is restored to file.
