Perused the copy of draft of Judge's order which is filed online. There are some corrections which are suggested to be rectified. The draft is not in proper format. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the legal heirs had consented at the time of issuance of Letters of administration. However, there is no consent along with the draft hence, the petitioner to file consent affidavits of legal heirs of the deceased and referred it in the Judge's Order. Hence, adjourned. Till then the department to place the record and proceeding.
