Both these Notices of Motion have been taken out by the Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Applicants for condonation of delay of 255 days and 306 days by Jitendra Shankar Nijasure Date: 2018.09.29 13:32:01 +0530 respectively in filing appeals from the orders dated 6th March, 2017 and 3rd February, 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (Tribunal).

Ms. Patil, the learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions states that the Respondent does not oppose 1/2
