This is the Plaintiff's Notice of Motion for restoration of Notice of Motion No. 1103 of 2015 which was dismissed for default and non-appearance on 17th June 2016. The Affidavit in Support of this Notice of Motion is by Mr. Varikasery, Advocate for the Plaintiffs in which he says that there was some miscommunication between his staff and him due to which this matter was entirely missed on that date.
