There is no Caveat against arrest of 1st defendant vessel. In view thereof, a separate order by way of Judge's Order is signed against 1st defendant vessel.

Caveat (against Release) no. 6 of 2018 filed by plaintiff against the release of 1st defendant vessel is discharged. Since 1st defendant vessel is already under arrest, time to serve the warrant of arrest is granted upto and including 4th July 2018. Gauri Gaekwad
