This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner seeks extension of time to complete the arbitral proceedings. It is stated that cross-examination of the respondents' witness is at an advanced stage and that the proceedings will be concluded within a reasonable period of time. This is a second extension. Respondents have no objection.

Today, the learned counsel for the parties have agreed that no further extension will be sought. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Time to complete arbitral proceedings and publish the award is extended upto 28 th February 2022.
