If the second highest bidder who has given bid of Rs.4,05,000/- is willing to honour his bid, the vehicle may be sold to him without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner as well as the Applicant/Intervener. Upon the amount being deposited with the Court Receiver, the Court shall decide whether the Intervener can be granted relief in the present proceedings or that he will have to file his independent proceedings against the Petitioner. The above Report is accordingly disposed of.
