Ms. Chawda has tendered photo copy of PAN Card of Seema Mahesh Hasija which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-D for identification.

Mr. Aniket Makhija, power of attorney holder of respondents - Mr. Mahesh Mohan Jhangiani and Pradeep Mohan Jhangiani is present in the Court. Ms. Bhandari has tendered photo copy of his driving license which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit E for identification. He admits and confirms contents of the consent terms.

As the order dated 4th September, 2017 is complied with, no further orders are necessary. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.
