Mr.Narula, learned counsel for the original petitioner states that his client is negotiating with the society for finalization of all terms and conditions. He continues the statement made before this court on 27th January,2017 which is recorded by this court. Interim reliefs granted by this court to the applicant on 27th January,2017 and the order dated 24th February,2017 to continue. 2.

Mr.Narula, learned counsel for the original petitioner states that if the other members of the society are paid any compensation in lieu of the temporary alternate accommodation, the same would also be paid to the applicant within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. The orders dated 1st October,2015 and

kvm 2/2 12-NMS1792.16 26th October,2015 passed by this court stands modified by the orders dated 27th January,2017 and 24th February,2017 and the order passed today qua the applicant. Notice of motion is disposed off in the aforesaid orders. No order as to costs. 3.

Place the notice of motion on board for directions for the purpose of reporting compliance on 28th April, 2017.
