FINAL ORDER:- Petitioner has approached this Court with prayer for protection /police assistance for execution of the order passed by this Court on dated 23rd November, 2016. We are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition as petitioner has alternate remedy to approach to the concern Police Department for such police assistance to deal with the situation. No case is made out to pass any order/direction. Petitioner has available remedies under the law. Petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
