By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the chamber summons and prays for setting aside the order dated 22nd March, 2016 passed by the learned Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court rejecting the writ petition under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-removal of office objection.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused 1/2

21-chsw139-16.doc the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicant, the oder dated 22nd March, 2016 passed by the learned Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within to weeks from today. It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated without further reference to the Court and the order dated 22nd March, 2016 passed by the learned Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court to stand restored. Interim relief granted by this Court on 6th April, 2015 stands restored.

The chamber summons is made absolute on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
