By filing this Notice of Motion No. 357 of 2017, the Petitioner is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 14203 of 2016 which suffered dismissal on account of non compliance of the removal of office objection within time.

For the reasons stated in the Notice of Motion supported by the affidavit, we are of the view that there is sufficient cause for non compliance of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we condone the delay in filing the Notice of Motion and allow the Notice of Motion. As a result, we direct restoration of Writ Petition No. 14203 of 2016 to its original number subject to removal of office objection within two weeks. 3.

Notice of Motion is disposed of as such.
